From 2:30 PM – 3:00 PM workshop participants can enjoy, if they wish, a free Angelic Sound Bath. Bring your yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for a deeply relaxing and restorative experience. Please check with your medical practioner and their advice prior if you have health conditions. A sound bath is unsuitable for anyone with a pacemaker, a weak heart, epilepsy, metal stents in the brain, in the first trimester of pregnancy or on anti-psychotic meditation.
