The Reiki share and meet up is being for my clients who are considering or have qualified in Reiki. We will be looking at the Reiki hand positions for healing from a chair as many do not own a therapy bed.
There will then be the opportunity to practise on each other to increase your confidence. I know many, once they become qualified in Reiki, want to ask questions and also heal beyond their family where they already know their ailments. Here you can heal and meet up with like minded Reiki friends.
Some people have difficulty with meditating’ especially mindfulness or thinking of nothing. At the Reiki share we usually include a guided meditation or one using mantras, key words to focus on, which will be suitable for all.
As everyone’s financial position varies it is a suggested voluntary contribution of £5 
.
My daughter, aged 7, is attending on the day in the role of serving biscuits and is very much looking forward to it.
