This meditation workshop is suitable for beginners wanting to learn to learn to meditate, people who have difficulty in meditating or students simply want to try different types of meditation.

As this is only a four and half hour workshop, we will be sampling different styles of meditations, so you can then go home and practice more. There is an free take home booklet, I have specifically written to help you, which covers the workshop material.
Approved Meditation Training
This workshop has been approved by the IPHM as a quality workshop, and therefore all students will receive a certificate of attendance.
The Time and Location of the Meditation Workshop
The workshop is being held on Sunday 29th October from 10.30am until 3pm in my home therapy/training room. There is plenty of light and space for students who are sensitive to have breaks in different rooms or in the garden.
The Price of the Meditation Training
The introduction to meditation workshop is £50 and this is full prepayment. This covers the training, certificate of attendance, accompanying notes for you to take home and refreshments. You simply need to bring your lunch and a pen.
