Learning and qualifying Reiki Level 1 is a useful lifetime skill. It allows you to aid the healing of yourself, friends and family. Reiki Level 1 can actually be taught in a day by an experienced Reiki teacher, such as myself. I have been teaching for a number of years and some of my former students now have their own businesses offering Reiki. My Reiki training course is approved by the IPHM.
I can trace my Usui Reiki heritage back to the original founder in Japan, which is for some students is important; especially if they decide to go onto their Master level as part of their personal and Reiki development. I also belong to the UK Reiki Federation at Reiki Master teacher level. I have been featured in the media and on the expert panel for the mental health magazine Happiful. I am passionate about Reiki and teaching it. I hope that Reiki students enjoy their training with myself.
What the Reiki Training Course Covers
The training workshop is relaxed, friendly and very informative. You will have plenty of opportunities to ask questions and practice.
- The history and principles of Reiki
- The Reiki attunements
- Healing yourself with Reiki – theory and practice
- Healing others with Reiki – theory and practice
You will be taught to heal someone from a therapy bed and also a chair. There will be a few simple meditations throughout the day helping you to relax. These are suitable for the student with no meditation experience, as well as those who meditate regularly.
The Price of the Training Day and Qualification
The price for the training day and Reiki 1 qualification is £115. £35 of this is non refundable deposit to secure your place with the remaining £80 payable on the day. The training price includes your training, training material, Reiki 1 attunement, certificate and refreshments. You will need to bring your own lunch and a pen.

Where the Training Event is Being Held
The Reiki training workshop is being held in my therapy/training room in Culcheth. Previous students have attended from across the North West of England. They have found it easy to get to, because it is only 5 to 10 minutes from the M6, M62 and East Lancs A580.
