Reiki level 1 is a fabulous life skill to have. Reiki healing can help support your own self-care and well-being. Students come to learn Reiki 1 for help with their mental health, for menopause support and relief, as well as many other health conditions. We all need a little extra support in life.
Reiki healing is a wonderful natural healing therapy from Japan. Apart from using it to help you own health, at the end of this Reiki 1 training day, you will know how to heal friends and family. If you are wanting to become a Reiki therapist then, you would then need to progress to learn Reiki Level 2 afterwards.
Reiki 1 Training Warrington
This Reiki Level 1 training day is being held in Culcheth, Warrington. It is about 10 minutes from the M6, M62 and East Lancs by car and previous students have found it easy to get to. It is being taught in a small group and we start at 10am and finish at 5pm.
The day is being taught by myself, an experienced Reiki Master Teacher. I am with the UK Reiki Federation and they have checked to confirm that my Reiki lineage can be traced back to the original founder of Reiki, Usui from Japan, all those years ago.
I have been teaching Reiki for over a decade. There is no need to learn anything before the day, or worry if you will “get it “. I have the experience to help you learn and develop your Reiki healing gift. Like art, everyone has varying abilities at first, but overtime with practice we can grow your Reiki confidence.
Reiki 1 Healing
On this Reiki 1 training day, you will learn about the history of Reiki. Then we typically do a meditation, such as chanting on the chakras (energy centres of the body) or a guided meditation. The meditations are to suit all abilities. Even previous students, who thought they couldn’t meditate, seemed to find they can.
Next are the Reiki1 attunements and then a break for lunch. In the afternoon, we move on to learn how to heal yourself with Reiki and we practice at this. This is followed by how to heal someone from a chair and a therapy bed.
This Reiki 1 training event is approved by the IPHM. You will receive a framed certificate of your Reiki 1 qualification.
Investment for Reiki 1 Training
To join this Reiki Level 1 training day is only £35 deposit and then £80 on the day itself. This includes your training by myself, a Reiki Master Teacher, your accredited qualification and your framed Reiki 1 certificate. You simply need to bring your lunch. Refreshments such as tea, coffee and decaffeinated options are provided. If you have any dietary requirements, please say on booking and I will do my best to accommodate them.
Feeling a Little Nervous?
Feeling nervous is natural. People typically are learning Reiki 1 as they wish to help support their mental wellbeing and health. Student may have experienced Reiki previously, heard about it from others or have an unexplainable compelling urge to learn it.
I have my own private business, Culcheth Healing. I am used to helping people with anxiety, stress, OCD, panic attacks and depression. There is no greater pleasure than, watching a student who was nervous in attending, achieve their Reiki 1 training qualification. Double success, as they are gaining their certificate and overcoming their fear.
Simply have a chat with me and let me know. Sometimes, a few alterations can make all the difference in enjoying the day such as: a seat near the window or door, being able to have a signal if you want to go out for a breather in the garden. Together we can look at what may help you feel more relaxed.
