If you are looking to qualify in Reiki 2, you are most likely looking for a teacher that has the experience and depth of knowledge to help you. A teacher that can trace their training lineage back to the original founder of Reiki in Japan, Usui. An approved and accredited Reiki 2 training course by the IPHM. A course recommended by previous students.
After getting your Reiki 1 qualification many people want to learn Reiki 2. Typically you wait for a period of one to three months before starting your Reiki 2. This is to give yourself time to heal yourself and practice getting used to the Reiki energy. People choose to do the Reiki 2 training for a variety of reasons. These include: having an unexplained compelling desire, wanting to carry on the Reiki journey, for their spiritual growth, to heal their friends and family who live further away with distance healing, to truly understand the symbols and how to use them and for a few so they can heal the public.
This day is very comprehensive and is taught by myself an experienced healer and Reiki Master teacher. I am registered with the UK Reiki Federation. I teach up to and including Reiki Master level and some of my students now have their own private healing practices around the North West. I also write on Reiki and related topics and have featured in the regional and national media. I am passionate about helping others move forward in life and teaching Reiki.
Usui Reiki Teaching Course
The Usui Reiki training day is a relaxed, informal day with plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
On the day we will cover:
Reiki 1 principles and the practice of Reiki
Reiki 2 principles
Reiki 2 attunement
Reiki 2 symbols and methods of use
Practice of symbols and healing methods
We will cover the traditional Usui methods as well as non-traditional, such as spirit guides and stack healing.
There will be a selection of meditations throughout the day suitable for everyone. I think people learn better when they are relaxed and enjoying themselves.
The Price For Reiki 2 Training Day
The price for the Reiki 2 training day and qualification is £135 and this includes your approved training, training material, Reiki 2 attunement, certificate and refreshments. You will need to bring your own lunch and pen.
Feeling Nervous About Attending
If you are slightly nervous about attending, have a chat with me. I will do my best to help you. I know sometimes by doing some things slightly different it can make a huge difference to making people feel at ease. Here are some of things that have helped students previously:
Having a seat by an open window
Having a seat by an exit
Bringing their own cup
Bringing their own blanket, cushion or slippers
Talking about my cleanliness regime such as wiping the door handles
Seeing the training room before hand – usually over WhatsApp can do face to face
Sitting on a chair rather than a sofa so easier to get up
We have all been through quite a lot over recent years and sometimes we may be a bit more nervous than we may have used to have been.

The Time and Location of the Reiki 2 Training Event
The Reiki 2 event is being held in my home therapy/training room in Culcheth. Previous students have found it easy to get to as it is 5 to 10 minutes away by car from the M6, M62 and A580 East Lancashire Road. People have come for previous training events I have held from across the North West including Cumbria, Chorley, Manchester, Liverpool, Wigan and Warrington.
