Learn Reiki 1 on Sunday 5th March 2023 in Warrington

People choose to learn Reiki for a variety of reasons. It might be to support them in times of stress, anxiety, sadness, depression or to help a loved one. Some students have a feeling that they should learn Reiki, sometimes without even knowing why – just a gut feeling. Some students are looking to eventually progress, and in the future learn Reiki 2, so they can become a Reiki therapist. What is so lovely about Reiki, is that it can be used with prescribed meditation, on yourself, family and friends.

Whatever your reason for wanting to learn Reiki, choosing the right teacher for you is helpful. I am registered with the UK Reiki Federation. My Reiki training and Reiki qualifications are approved by the IPHM. I have been teaching Reiki for many years – all the Reiki levels – Reiki 1, Reiki 2 and Reiki Master training courses. I can trace my Reiki training heritage to the original founder, Usui, in Japan, which is often important to both clients and students. Some of my students now have their own practices offering Reiki. What is so lovely is that I am still in contact with many of them.

However, you have found out about this Reiki training day, I hope this page will give you more of a flavour about the Reiki Level 1 training day I am running. The training workshop is relaxed, friendly and very informative. You will have plenty of opportunities to ask questions and practice, as I currently only teach small class sizes. I always get surprised how far people travel to attend a Reiki training day with myself. Some get recommended to me, others discover my Reiki training courses from my website, my Facebook page or even from articles I have written for the media.

You will be taught to heal someone from a therapy bed and also a chair. There will be a few simple meditations throughout the day helping you to relax. These are suitable for the student with no meditation experience, as well as those who meditate regularly.

The Price of the Recommended Reiki Training Day and Qualification

The price for the training day and Reiki 1 qualification is £115. This includes your training, training material, Reiki 1 attunements, Reiki 1 certificate and refreshments. You will need to bring your own lunch and a pen.

Feeling Nervous About Attending

If you are slightly nervous about attending, have a chat with me. I will do my best to help you. I am used to helping people with anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, depression on a daily basis. I know sometimes by doing some things slightly different it can make a huge difference to making people feel at ease. Here are some of things that have helped students previously:

Having a seat by an open window
Having a seat by an exit
Bringing their own cup
Bringing their own blanket, cushion or slippers
Talking about my cleanliness regime, such as, wiping the door handles
Seeing the training room before hand – usually over WhatsApp but can do face to face
Sitting on a chair rather than a sofa so easier to get up

Lots of students normally ask questions when they call about the training workshop. It is about self healing, so most students have a health issues, like you might have. They are looking for the Reiki to help them move forward. Hopefully, together we can start your Reiki training and healing.

When & Where the Training Event is Being Held

The Reiki training workshop is being held in my therapy/training room in Culcheth on Sunday 5th March. The day starts at 10am and we aim to finish by 5pm. Previous students have attended from across the North West of England. They have found it easy to get to, because it is only 5 to 10 minutes from the M6, M62 and East Lancs A580.
