Date, Time and Venue
The workshop is being held on Sunday 21st October 11.30am until 2.30pm at Croft Memorial Hall Mustard Lane, Croft WA3 7BG. This is just outside the village of Culcheth but is near the M62, A580 and a few minutes from the M6. There is free car parking there subject to availability. The room we are in is full of light and has a kitchen facility. For those who may be claustrophobic, suffer from anxiety or panic attacks we will have plenty of room as I am not running the group to full room capacity and there are many windows which can open and the door is nearby.
The Price
It is £40 prepayment which covers the training, accompanying notes for you to take home and refreshments. You simply need to bring your lunch and a pen. You can choose to meditate in the chairs provided (like myself) or bring your favourite blanket and cushion. To me it is more important you feel relaxed so you enjoy the time.
