Feeling a Little Nervous
If you are feeling a little nervous, please don’t worry, most student do. I have helped many students over the years, including those with claustrophobia and panic attacks. Just have a chat with me, don’t let your doubts prevent you from learning this wonderful life skill. Adaptations can be made to make you feel more relaxed. You will feel even more proud to achieve your Reiki 1 certificate – you will have a new way to help yourself in life and you will have got over your fears for the day.
